Avio Aero in Pomigliano d'Arco is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance to support the Compliance Assurance and Monitoring Manager (Maintenance - Part145). You will be the focal point for audits, approvals, and quality system activities within the Quality Organization.

The role requires an engineering degree, aerospace experience, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel. You will manage findings, corrective actions, manuals, and the Safety Management System elements to ensure

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Aeronautical or Mechanical.
• Experience in maintenance environment, aerospace preferred.
• Knowledge of Design, Production and Maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of Quality standards and Airworthiness Authority regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in audits and supporting audits.
