CloudHQ is seeking a Lead Power Systems Engineer to drive the design, performance, and delivery of utility infrastructure for hyperscale data centers across EMEA. You will lead HV/MV power systems, substation design, and interconnection efforts, coordinating with utilities, grid operators, and internal teams to ensure reliability and scalability.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in complex power projects, data centre experience, and fluency in English with additional European languages

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years in utility connections design across EMEA; data centre experience preferred.
• Experience with HV/MV power systems and critical facilities.
• English fluency; German/French/Italian/Spanish desirable.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with utilities and grid operators to secure power capacity.
• Lead design of power connections for new CloudHQ projects.
• Oversee HV/MV, substation design, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and KPIs across multiple sites.
• Represent CloudHQ across external stakeholders and consultants.
