Overview

Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & Execution

Our Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.

Responsibilities
  • Managing master planning, material processes and systems; prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and implement process improvements.
  • Exchanging data and information; address interaction concerns and drive improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Provide guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
  • Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $1.5 million.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience in Manufacturing)
  • Intermediate experience in Materials Planning and Execution
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills
