As Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible of:

  • Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
  • Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
  • Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience in Manufacturing)
  • Intermediate experience in Materials Planning and Execution
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills
