Job summary

Motorsport Network, LLC in Italy invites applications for a Senior Engine Master to lead engine development and tuning for OK/OK-N Junior programs, with up to four drivers and a travel-intensive European schedule.

The role requires deep experience with IAME Reedster V, Modena ME-KN/ME-K and TM Kart 53-OKN, plus strong dyno work, data analysis and regulatory knowledge. Up to €95,000 gross annually, with travel and accommodation fully covered.

Qualifications

• Proven results with IAME Reedster V, Modena ME-KN/ME-K, TM Kart 53-OKN OK/OK-N Junior performance engines.
• Strong technical, mechanical and metrological knowledge including precision measurement.
• Understanding of engine characteristics across full rev range and weather/altitude effects.
• Experience with dyno operation, data analysis and engine mapping.
• Knowledge of FIA, WSK and Italian Championship regulations for OK/OK-N.

Responsibilities

• Lead engine development and tuning for OK/OK-N Junior programs.
• Manage dyno testing, data analysis and mapping to optimize performance.
• Oversee four-driver program with strict championship objectives.
