A scale-up in the AI-driven marketing analytics space is looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer with strong React expertise to take ownership of frontend architecture and guide technical delivery across the product.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend-first architectural decisions and ensure scalable implementation
• Translate UX and product requirements into high-quality engineering outcomes
• Manage backlog, task prioritization, and development workflows
• Act as the technical bridge between Product Managers, UX designers, and Engineering
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and delivery procedures
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and evaluation of technical talent

Ideal Candidate

A fullstack engineer with deep experience in React , strong product intuition, and the ability to lead both technical strategy and team culture. Someone comfortable driving decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, and owning the frontend vision end-to-end.

English is a must, italian preferable!
