Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer in Milan to own end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers. You’ll guide architecture decisions, partner with Deployment Strategists, and influence product and engineering with real-world field insights.

You will mentor engineers, design agent-based systems, and ensure high engineering standards while advancing Salesforce's Agentforce initiatives in enterprise environments.

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
