In this role you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. You will apply sourcing policies, interface between suppliers and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manage problems and schedule changes and update ERP
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy
  • Use your interpersonal skills to communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
  • Execute activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures
  • Use technical expertise and judgement to solve problems, leverage technical skills and analytic thinking
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or other technical field or Bachelor’s Degree with previous significant experience in the role
  • Previous experience in Sourcing, Buying, Procurement or Supplier Management role
  • Strong analytic capability and interest in market dynamics and problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
  • Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
