Eaton is seeking an experienced Lead Field Application Engineer to provide customer-focused technical support and design assistance for Passive Electronics across EMEA. You will engage with OEMs, distributors, and EMSs to translate needs into product improvements, training, and scalable solutions.

You will travel frequently to engage customers, support key accounts, and influence product roadmaps through feedback.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Power Management knowledge across Automotive, Industrial and Energy sectors.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
• Good presentation skills and pressure handling.
• Willingness to learn and develop continuously.

Mansioni

• Provide application support to OEMs, distributors and EMSs and assist in system analysis and design proposals.
• Translate customer needs to Commercial and R&D teams to improve product design and specifications.
• Deliver technical training to customers and distributor partners on technology, applications, and roadmaps.
• Gather customer feedback to inform Product Management and roadmap development.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to identify opportunities and support NBO targets.
• Prepare technical literature, application notes, and training materials.
