A leading standards organization is seeking a Lead Auditor (Client Manager) based in Milan or the surrounding areas. The role involves assessing clients' systems and processes against standards, preparing reports, and maintaining effective client relationships. Ideal candidates should have audit experience in ISO standards, excellent presentation skills, and be willing to travel. This position is available from March 2026.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years work experience in the required industry sector.
• Ability to compile assessment reports and present results to clients.
• Experience in management system assessments in accordance with BSI requirements.

Mansioni

• Prepare assessment reports and present results to clients.
• Undertake management system assessments according to BSI requirements.
• Recommend certifications and report recommendations as per BSI policy.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients and within the team.
• Ensure customer records are complete and up to date.
• Develop business relationships and encourage customer satisfaction.

Conoscenze

Third-party audit experience (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

Excellent presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Willing to travel
