You will translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off, with equity upside on offer.

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and drive to own end-to-end initiatives.
