As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Launch Operations Technician to join our operations team. Key responsibilities

• Collaboration with Engineering Team: Work closely with our engineers in the mission preparation, with simulations and predictions.
• Flight Testing: Play a critical role in conducting test and commercial flights.
• Launch and Recovery Operations: Collaborate with our launch team in deploying, preparing, and launching balloons.
  After mission completion, be a key player in the recovery and storage of both the balloon and the gondola, ensuring they are ready for future use.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in operations, preferably in aerospace or related industries.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical shape for recovery operations.
