Competenze

Laboratory Failure Analysis Technician (Electronics & Electrical)

Based in Turin, you will analyze electronic units and wiring harnesses returned under warranty to find failure root causes. This junior-friendly role includes full training on all laboratory tools and methods.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect: Register parts and perform visual inspections for defects like corrosion, fractures, or overheating.
• Test: Run basic functional tests using power supplies, multimeters, and digital microscopes.
• Report: Document findings and photos in clear Word, PowerPoint, and Excel reports.
• Collaborate: Share results with engineers and update the laboratory failure database.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Physical Measurements, Digital Systems or similar.
• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of electricity/ electronics and high comfort with Microsoft Office.
• Soft skills: Technical curiosity, attention to details, accountability, and strong teamwork skills.
• Plusses : Experience with automotive parts (harnesses, connectors) or optical instruments.
