Velp Scientific is seeking a Product Manager fully focused on the Laboratory Equipment line to consolidate market intelligence and drive growth. You will collaborate with the Product Manager for Element Analyzer to build a strategic PM team and lead the product life cycle from concept through retirement.

The role requires technical insight, business acumen, and strong communication to sales and marketing, with a clear ROI mindset and experience in life sciences markets.

Competenze

• Ideally a technical/scientific background with business insight.
• Bachelor-level science degree; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Experience in laboratory equipment or related life sciences markets is a plus.
• 3–5 years in a product management or product specialist role in a similar field.

Mansioni

• Lead market intelligence and VoC collection with R&D for new product ideas.
• Coordinate beta tests, ensure cost targets and specs are met during development.
• Create launch plans with marketing; develop training for sales and enablement materials.
• Manage retirement of products and identify long-term opportunities for Laboratory Equipment.
