The L&D Coach role provides strong leadership and classroom presence across the EU region. You will be responsible for facilitating online and in-person learning experiences to support Worldwide Operations leader development. As an L&D Coach, you will deliver courses and group activities for classes ranging up to 500 people.
This position will regularly deliver our weekly Onboarding programs and Continuous Development programs. They will work alongside Program Managers, Learning Business Partners, and Operations teams in order to execute holistic solutions considering both learning and business needs. In addition to assisting in developing the coaching and facilitation skills for other members of the team, this role also plays a critical role in helping to prepare and provide feedback to field leader facilitators supporting our programs. Consultation, Solution Implementation, & Delivery: With emphasis on Earn Trust, the L&D Coach cultivates partnerships with participants and stakeholders to gather information and data to make necessary changes to evolve and improve the Instructor‑Led‑Training (ILT) and Virtual‑Instructor‑Led‑Training (VILT) experience. They enable the delivery of learning, utilizing technology and providing the learner with specific examples that address real‑life scenarios applicable to their daily responsibilities. The L&D Coach identifies what types of information responds well via the ILT/VILT modality. As a result, Invent and Simplify will be a strategic component to success within the role and in future growth within LCT.
They are trained and/or experienced with delivering and providing relatable examples when facilitating DEI or leading inclusivity content. For example, during each module/course introduction they lay the foundation to establish DEI policies and expectations. This individual also ensures learners, and business presenters all have safe and inclusive learning environment within each program, through the diversity of course materials and accessibility of the content; i.e., inclusive terminology.
Measuring Learning Impact: The L&D Coach requires Learn & Be Curious and Dive Deep by working backwards through the needs of the learner with a scientific approach using adult learning theory in the delivery, develop, and evaluate phases of program life‑cycles. This person works with PMs and Business Intelligence (BI) to improve the quality of learning solutions. In developing facilitation solutions, the L&D Coach plans for the unexpected and proactively manages risks (i.e., technological fallback, business presenter mishaps, and audience disengagement). The L&D Coach ensures success metrics are in place for measuring projects, evaluating Business Presenters and analysing survey engagement feedback. This person uses data analytics to create and monitor dashboards and consults with PMs to identify stakeholder key performance indicators and drives to meet goals.
Approximately, 75% of the time would be spent in facilitation of various programs. 25% of the time would be spent on Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
