Unobravo is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development professional to work with the leadership team on strategic priorities and the long‑term plan in Milan. You will own problems from hypothesis to execution, framing business cases, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact.

You will shape board and investor materials, drive strategic planning, market analyses, and explore new opportunities while supporting corporate development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or equivalent strategic roles.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional projects from analysis to implementation.
• Strong financial toolkit: business cases, financial modeling, unit economics and market sizing.
• Executive‑level storytelling with decks for C‑level and Board audiences.
• Experience managing senior internal and external stakeholders (advisors, investors, partners).
• Data fluency: defining KPIs and deriving insights from data.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams with high ownership.
• Fluency in English and Italian (Spanish or French also acceptable).

Join our Strategy & Corporate Development team. You’ll work directly with the leadership team on the company’s most important strategic priorities and on its long‑term plan. You won’t just analyze problems. You’ll own them from the first hypothesis through to execution and measurable impact.

The Essentials

Salary Range: EUR 50,000 - 60,000 in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices.

What You’ll Do

• Drive high-impact strategic initiatives end to end. Lead the assessment and execution of priority initiatives across departments, including Operations, Product, Marketing, B2B and Finance. You’ll frame the problem, build the business case, align stakeholders and stay on it until it delivers results.
• Shape Board, investor and capital-raising materials. Own the storyline and the numbers behind Board decks, investor materials, capital raises (both equity and debt) and leadership updates. Turn complex analyses into clear recommendations that drive decisions.
• Steer strategic planning. Contribute to the company strategy and the annual planning. Translate priorities into initiatives, KPIs and owners, then track delivery.
• Bring market and competitive insight. Run market analyses and competitor benchmarks to inform strategic choices, from existing markets to new opportunities. Help leadership stay on top of market and competitor developments.
• Contribute to corporate development. Support corporate development and corporate finance projects with business cases, analyses and execution, alongside the team and external advisors.
• Connect the organization. Facilitate leadership workshops and strategy sessions, and act as the link between teams so that strategy turns into coordinated action.

Must-have skills

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or equivalent strategic roles, e.g. corporate strategy, corporate development, BizOps or the CEO office of a scale‑up or corporate
• A track record of leading cross‑functional projects from analysis to implementation, with tangible results
• A strong analytical and financial toolkit: business cases, financial modeling, unit economics and market sizing
• Executive‑level communication: sharp storylining, decks that land with C‑level and Board audiences, and concise writing
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders, both internal and external (advisors, investors, partners)
• Data fluency: comfortable defining KPIs and working through data independently to reach insights
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the judgment to prioritize across several workstreams
• Fluency in English plus Italian, Spanish or French

Power-Ups

• A background at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm, followed by a business role at a scale‑up or corporate
• Exposure to corporate development or corporate finance projects
• Consumer, D2C, marketplace or healthcare / digital health experience
• Experience in multi‑country businesses
• Hands‑on use of AI tools to speed up research and analysis
