Senior TA Lead & Business Partner – Italy & Europe (DXC | Luxoft)

The project requires Luxoft to support the client for their Kondor applications across sites. It will be a Managed Services Support project.

Responsibilities

Maintain the status quo of the application, troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues, learn new business areas, and work as a motivated team member.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Kondor FO Functional Consultant.
• Knowledge of the full Kondor architecture (business or technical side).
• 7‑10 years relevant experience in Kondor FO / Finastra domain.
• Responsible for elaborating requirements and working with development teams.
• Work closely with different stakeholders.
• Remain involved through development and testing for effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for releases and testing.
• Production implementation and post‑production support.
• Business and technical documentation.
• Communicate status and report issues to the team leader.
