Key Account Sales Manager

What started as a bold idea in Italy quickly expanded to France and Spain, and as of September 2024, we are proud to announce our entry into Germany! This marks another milestone in our journey to becoming the go-to solution for modern roadside assistance across Europe— and beyond.

This role aims to drive commercial success in Italy by connecting local market dynamics with global objectives. You will use market insights to guide decisions, execute sales strategies, and uncover new business opportunities that ensure sustainable growth. The focus is on delivering revenue results and guaranteeing an excellent client experience through strong collaboration with internal teams and effective issue resolution, reinforcing our presence and building lasting customer relationships

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key accounts within the country.
  • Generate Up sale / Cross sale opportunities and achieve commercial targets with existing Customers.
  • Collaborate with the Client success delivery manager to solve Customer issues.
  • Follow up Contract renewals and support the Head of Sales in the Renegotiation.
  • Contributes to international bid responses with local insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing) to ensure success.
  • Work closely with the Client Success Delivery Manager to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer success roles
  • High level of English, spoken and written – it’s important to communicate with all countries.
  • Organizational, planning and analytical skills
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on customer success.
  • Experience in sales support and contract management.
