TBO.COM is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for the Italian market!

The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation with local Italian travel agents, strategic business relationships in Sicily, and a broad understanding of travel technology. We offer a competitive compensation package along with an attractive bonuses program!

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding, training and building confidence with new partners on the TBO.COM B2B platform.
  • Maintain existing business, developing strong commercial and personal relationships between partners.
  • Regular site visits minimum 3‑4 days a week, supporting agents on site and online, providing trainings / webinars and introducing new products to increase sales.
  • Regular reporting to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications
  • Previous background in the travel industry is a must (Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position).
  • Ambitious, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented work style, with excellent business communication skills.
  • Strong experience in business‑to‑business negotiations and sales management.
  • Strong experience developing new and existing sales in Italy with online travel platforms.
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record in the local Italian travel industry.
