OTE: €85,000+

Clearpoint Recycling is a fast-growing, innovation-led company with a strong team-oriented culture. We specialise in connecting waste producers and collectors with high-value recycling markets, and we’re expanding our commercial team to meet growing demand.

We’re looking for highly motivated, personable, and commercially driven individuals to join us as Account Managers. This is a field-based role ideal for those who thrive on autonomy, relationship-building, and making a tangible impact in the circular economy. You will be at the heart of our Source Local / Sell Global Strategy.

Your Role

As a Field-Based Account Manager , you will :

  • Develop New Accounts
  • Build local relationships with sellers of recyclable materials, including waste producers, collectors, and traders.
  • Manage Existing Accounts
  • Deliver a responsive, local service to maintain and grow long-term supplier relationships.
  • Secure & Manage Material Listings
  • Gather detailed, accurate information about available materials and list them on our online Recycling Marketplace. Review and update listings quarterly.
  • Negotiate Price & Availability
  • Work with suppliers to secure materials at competitive prices while ensuring optimal value and availability for buyers.

Ideal Candidate
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Experience in recycling, waste management, or commodity trading is a plus (but not essential)
