PURPOSE

Deliver profitable business growth for a portfolio of local and regional clients in all key categories (fabric, home, personal care and oral care)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Grow top line and margins of the clients assigned.
  • Screen the market to find new business opportunities
  • Manage long terms relations and generate the appropriate level of intimacy with the clients assigned.
  • Develop a tailor made sales strategy for each key client. This includes the implementation of proactive actions/projects needed to generate top line growth
  • Keep under control profitability and implement all actions needed to defend the company margins.
  • Ensure the optimal level of exchanges with the Development Centers and the other relevant Corporate functions
  • Keep under control costs linked to the sales activity, mainly travelling and entertainment
  • Keep management informed through regular business/visits reports
  • Manage and resolve client complaints and ensure prompt resolution
EDUCATION

University level or equivalent, a MBA would represent an element of preference

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Native Italian speaker, English fluency at professional level. Knowledge of French is appreciated.

EXPERIENCE

8/10 years in sales positions in the fragrance industry. Candidates coming from FMCG companies with exposure to fragrance related activities may be considered as well.
