Una consultora de recursos humanos busca un profesional para gestionar cuentas clave en Turín. El candidato deberá tener experiencia en el sector turístico, ser orientado a ventas y estar capacitado para crecer cuentas existentes y adquirir nuevas. Se ofrece un contrato permanente en un entorno de trabajo híbrido con un salario de entre €30.000 y €35.000 anuales.
The candidate will be responsible for opening new business accounts, as well as growing existing ones. Their main mission will be to lead the development of strategic clients, relying on the entire sales network for the subsequent development of each one. This role requires a naturally sales-oriented person, knowledge of the tourism sector and a presence in it.
This role focuses on the comprehensive management of clients, both existing and potential, ensuring their proper service, development, and retention. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, complaints, or incidents efficiently and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
A key aspect is the acquisition of new accounts and business opportunities, at both national and international levels, aiming to unlock 100% of each client’s potential. The role also includes the ongoing qualification of the customer database, assessing the current and future value of each account, and planning sales calls or visits to drive results.
The position requires the achievement of commercial objectives, both quantitative and qualitative, as well as the optimization of the assigned business portfolio, by generating synergies and proposing continuous improvements. It also involves developing tailored value propositions for each client, with support from the Marketing department when needed.
Coordination with other internal departments (Technical, Marketing, Social Media, Claims, Management) is essential to properly channel quotations, identify recurring issues, develop training content, and enhance brand positioning through potential collaborations.
The role demands a strategic understanding of the market and competition, conducting ongoing trend analysis, benchmarking, and identifying client needs in order to adapt the product portfolio and uncover business opportunities.
Lastly, the position includes training clients and internal teams, both online and in person, to strengthen business relationships, streamline processes, and address recurring needs or detected deviations in collaboration with other departments.
