A global luxury eyewear company is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to execute an annual marketing plan and coordinate with distributors. Candidates should have a Master’s degree, 3-4 years of experience in a dynamic industry, and be proficient in English and Italian. Description

How you will contribute

• Collaborate in defining activities and executing the annual Trade Marketing plan for the relevant area.
• Ensure that Institutional / Seasonal activities and special projects are coordinated with the distributors in the relevant area.
• Work with EMEA distributors’ partners in forecasting trade tools and planning implementation timelines for each activity across Kering Eyewear brands.
• Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of Trade Marketing materials in the relevant area.
• Independently manage operational requests related to in-store visibility, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and the global Marketing Calendar.
• Support the organization of sales events and training activities for the channel.
• Ensure the execution of activities in accordance with corporate Marketing guidelines.
• Guarantee smooth and effective processes while providing specific support to commercial activities.
• Analyze sales and performance results and prepare reporting for the area, particularly during key moments.

Who you are

• Master’s degree in marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 60%
• Dynamic, proactive, and flexible, with a natural curiosity and commitment to teamwork
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
