BasicNet is hiring a Sales Assistant for the K-Way outlet store in Serravalle Outlet. You will provide customer service and sales excellence, ensuring the store presents a layout that drives purchases through orderly display and complete product ranges.

You will work to maintain courtesy, friendliness and team collaboration. The position is an initial fixed-term contract, full-time and part-time (30 hours per week).

For our K‑Way outlet store in Serravalle Outlet we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the customer in the sale;
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
• Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;
• Managing cashier operations.

• Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.

Initial fixed term contract, full-time and part time (30 hours per week).

This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €12,000 (the salary is proportional to a part-time schedule and based on a full-time gross annual salary of around €25,000), plus a range of company benefits.
