Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals to join our Tax Team, where you will support clients on a wide range of tax law matters, with a particular focus on complex financial structures. Our team consists of five dedicated professionals and you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas. This hands‑on experience will help you develop exceptional technical expertise, as well as strong transactional and organisational skills.

At Clifford Chance, you’ll work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the Italian legal market and engage daily with leading legal experts across our global network.

Qualifications

• You are ideally a graduate, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
• You are interested in starting your career in the Tax field and have explored the subject during your studies thanks to in‑depth study, internship, campus or summer school experience.
• You are a self‑starter and a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to lead deals while managing different work‑streams.
