Arkad Spa in Milan invites fresh graduates to join our Automation & TLC team as Junior TLC Engineer. You will support the development and delivery of telecommunication systems for industrial projects under the guidance of senior engineers.

The role is designed to build solid technical foundations through structured project exposure, document preparation, supplier coordination and participation in design reviews and testing activities. English is required and occasional travel may be needed.

Competenze

Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in TLC/telecommunications.
Knowledge of industry standards and basic design activities is a plus.
Good written and spoken English; clear technical notes and correspondence.

Mansioni

Assist in preparing design criteria, system architectures and specifications.
Support basic design activities for telecommunication systems per project needs.
Review supplier documentation and maintain technical comment registers.
Collect and organize design inputs from other disciplines and teams.
Contribute to tendering tenders, project execution, and technical clarifications.
Support testing, on-site activities and commissioning when required.
Maintain documentation per quality procedures and capture lessons learned.
