Job Overview

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the recruitment of talents to drive the transformation of different functions in Stellantis. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience, assisting recruiters and hiring teams through interview coordination, resume screening, and sourcing support.

This is a learning‑focused role ideal for someone starting their career in talent acquisition with a strong interest in a multinational automotive company.

This position is part of the Italian Talent Acquisition team which is managing permanent recruitments but also internships and apprenticeships for all of our sites.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand needs and domains of activity.
  • Post job descriptions across internal systems and external platforms.
  • Conduct initial CV screening and support first‑round interview scheduling.
  • Manage candidate records in our ATS (Workday) with high accuracy.
  • Communicate interview logistics and status updates to candidates.
  • Support sourcing efforts for early‑career software, engineering, and data talent.
  • Collaborate with the TA team on campus outreach, job fairs, and branding initiatives.
  • Measure performance through TA KPIs to improve candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science or related field.
  • Internship or initial experience in HR, recruitment, or coordination roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Accountability and autonomy are fundamental.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed, international environment.
  • Interest in the mobility, automotive, or tech sector is a bonus.
