RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Head of Success Management in evolving our customer success strategy.
  • Manage, train and onboard a portfolio of brand clients and build long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Handle customer communications and ensure timely, effective responses.
  • Analyze customer data to identify ways to improve satisfaction and engagement.
  • Deliver clear, value-driven product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Oversee customer projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Help create training and educational materials that empower our clients.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of experience, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communicator with a talent for building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects at once, without missing a beat.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands‑on, methodical approach to execution.
