Job summary
Artelia is seeking a Junior Structural Site Inspector for a major microelectronics project in Milan. You will work under senior supervision to supervise construction, inspect structural works, and ensure quality control of industrial steel structures within a high-tech environment.
You will interact daily with an international team, develop skills in inspection and documentation, and contribute to achieving project milestones at the Agrate Brianza site. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree required in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in structural engineering or site activities preferred.
- Ability to read structural drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent command of Italian; good English (B2) required.
Responsibilities
- Support site supervision and inspection activities for structural works.
- Verify installations align with project docs, specs, and standards.
- Monitor industrial steel structures and facility support structures.
- Review drawings and engineering documentation for compliance.
- Prepare progress, inspection, and non-conformity reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Assist in safety procedures and site checks.
