A leading urban sport style retailer in Padova is seeking a Junior Social Media and Influencer Specialist to implement content strategies and engage with the community online. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, fluency in English, and a passion for social media. This full-time position will involve defining social media strategies and collaborating with influencers to foster a vibrant online community.

A Junior Social Media and Influencer Specialist is overseeing AW LAB interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn). His/her duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online. He/she will be in charge of defining an AW LAB influencer community through influencer agency and direct contact.
He/she will be responsible for the social media strategy, content production and definition of PED. He/she will manage through external agency the influencer activities and communities. Internally he/she will receive relevant information from brand communication area, omnichannel, product department and will play accordingly the activities.
