Competenze

Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid position for a Junior Sales / Pre‑Sales professional. The role is designed for a junior profile with initial experience in software / SaaS B2B, focused on building pipeline, structuring first contacts, and supporting the CEO in client and prospect meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead generation and qualification
    • Identify target accounts and priority segments
    • Map key stakeholders (ESG, risk, CFO, investor relations, etc.)
    • Prepare and manage first‑touch outreach (email, LinkedIn, intro calls)
  • Meeting preparation
    • Research and collect relevant information on prospects before meetings
    • Align on meeting agenda and objectives with the CEO
    • Prepare and adapt materials (slides, short briefs, summaries)
  • First‑contact management
    • Support in running exploratory calls with clients and prospects
    • Take structured notes and identify pain points, needs and opportunities
    • Execute follow‑ups (recap emails, materials, next steps in the pipeline)
  • CRM and pipeline
    • Use HubSpot daily to log activities, contacts, and deals
    • Keep the pipeline clean, consistent, and up to date
    • Support monitoring of commercial activity, priorities, and conversion
  • Internal support
    • Summarize prospect requirements and pain points for the product team
    • Contribute to building and refining sales scripts, templates, and playbooks
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or pre‑sales, preferably in software B2B
  • Operational familiarity with a CRM, ideally HubSpot (even at a basic but regular‑usage level)
  • Strong organizational skills: calendar and task management, follow‑ups, documentation discipline
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication in Italian
  • Working proficiency in English: able to read documentation, write emails, and join operational calls with international stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data at a basic level
  • A master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
