Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Public Transport Systems

Rome — Graduates, Professionals — Permanent

IVU Traffic Technologies Italia is looking for a Junior Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Draft and negotiate commercial offers, services and partnerships with clients and suppliers
  • Representing IVU: Manage, prepare and deliver presentations for clients and at promotional events and client sites
  • Post-sale Activities: Ensure continuous customer care to identify new needs, issues, or areas for improvement
  • Project Management: Monitor projects, ensure timely identification of potential client issues and conduct market analyses, including risk assessments and mitigation
  • Organisational Tasks: Evaluate cost estimates and draft technical and financial proposals for public tenders, reviewing and coordinating contributions from other teams
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Transport or a related field
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent drafting and communication abilities (public speaking ability included)
  • Very good knowledge of Italian, advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowledge of Spanish or German considered a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willingness to go on short business trips in Italy and abroad
