Locala is looking for a Junior Sales Manager based in Milan. Ideal to start your career.

YOUR ROLE
1) Business Development :
  • Support the team in identifying and approaching new potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing and scheduling meetings with agencies and brand decision‑makers.
  • Contribute to achieving team sales goals.
  • Help ensure client satisfaction by following up and supporting requests.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate a client‑first attitude.
2) Sales :
  • Participate in client meetings to understand needs and present Locala’s solutions.
  • Support the sales process by preparing materials and following up with clients.
  • Contribute to achieving quarterly and annual objectives alongside the team.
  • Collaborate with account managers and trading teams to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Develop negotiation and presentation skills through practice and coaching.
  • Learn how to design and suggest digital strategies adapted to client needs.
3) Reporting :
  • Keep Salesforce and other tools updated with relevant client information.
  • Share weekly updates with the team and management.
4) CRM :
  • Stay connected with clients by providing regular support.
  • Help maintain accurate account and opportunity tracking in the CRM.
  • Assist in organizing client-focused events and activities.
YOUR PROFILE
  • First experience ideally at an ad agency and / or adserver / exchange or DSP mobile and location advertising a plus.
  • Hands‑on and doer - at Locala we build our own future together.

  • Established relationships with advertising agencies or brands.
  • Self‑starter – ability to self‑motivate and establish new business.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team‑player.
