Junior Sales Engineer | Industrial Hydraulics - Graduate Specialist Program

As Junior Sales Engineer Industrial Hydraulics you will be part of our Sales Team based in Cernusco (MI). With our Graduate Specialist Program, you will experience a dedicated training and development path designed to equip both technical expertise and soft skills.

You will be trained to:

  • Help shaping the future: Take commercial responsibility for both direct and indirect customers in your area, focusing on Industrial Hydraulic technologies. You will be supported in analyzing market data and collecting key insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Experience cooperation: Build a strong relationship with the local Application team and the Headquarters to share best practices, coordinate technical solutions, and contribute to continuous business growth.
  • Take on responsibility: Be involved in sales negotiations and provide support throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases. You will contribute to the achievement of key commercial KPIs — including turnover and margins — by supporting new business development activities and strengthening customer loyalty.
  • Use creativity and scope for development: Understand market needs and trends to guide customers toward the most appropriate products and technical solutions. Participate actively in national and international trade fairs and events to represent the company and expand business opportunities.

  • University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
