A renowned global restaurant brand is seeking a Junior Sales Coordinator for their Milan Cafe. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in hospitality and corporate sales. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and promoting events. Fluency in English and knowledge of the Milan market are required. Competenze

Rock Group Italy, the Italian franchisee for HRC is seeking a talented Junior sales co-ordinator for his Milan Café, reporting to the Cafe S&M manager

Do you have what it takes to join the band?

Job functions include :
  • Development of sales strategies that generate consistent year-over-year growth
  • Activate new customer accounts and take care of present customers
  • Contact partners and companies to promote events, catering services, brand experience
  • Take part to networking and promotional events on the territory
  • help manage events in and outside the Cafe
  • draw weekly report of her / his activity for the Cafe management
  • Market a multi-product business line (restaurant, retail, live music and special events) to disparate guest profile (corporate, tourist, tourist guides and local).
  • Co-operate with the cafe staff in fostering an environment of customer service in which all team members put the guest first in every situation.
Job requirements include :
  • 3+ years in a sales role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • .Experience in the MICE environment and in Corporate sales.
  • .Knowledge of the Milan market.
  • Expertise in social media platforms.
  • Background in the music industry a plus.
  • Strong communication and listening skills; excellent speaking, reading and writing.
  • fluency in English required .Multiple language abilities a plus.
