AYES is an engineering consulting company supporting its clients with high-quality expertise in aerospace, defence, railway, medical, etc. We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineer / Officer to join our Torino team and strengthen the Quality Management System across Italy and abroad.

As part of the Quality team, you will work with the Quality Manager, executives, HR, and customers to ensure effective QMS deployment, audits, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on EN9100 and ISO 9001

Competenze

• Background in Quality Management with knowledge of ISO 9001 principles.
• Experience with audits is appreciated.
• Familiarity with EN9100 is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support deployment, maintenance, and improvement of our QMS based on ISO 9001, EN9100, and TISAX.
• Assist with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Support Business Managers in answering customers' quality requirements, including homologation questionnaires.
• Monitor compliance in the execution of our activities and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote quality culture across the company through training and communication.

About AYESAYES is an engineering consulting company supporting its clients with high-quality expertise in many different sectors of the industry (aerospace, defence, railway, medical, etc.). To reinforce our Quality Management System (QMS) and sustain our growth, we are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer / Officer to join our team in Torino).

Your Role:

As Quality Engineer / Officer, you will work closely with the Quality Manager as well as AYES Executives / Business Managers / HR officers & Recruiters + Customers to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of AYES' Quality Management System. Your role will be mainly to act as the AYES Quality Management interlocutor in Italy. You will also be involved in some activities abroad, in relation with the AYES' international subsidiaries (Spain, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany & the UK).

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of our QMS, based on: -ISO 9001 (already deployed in 5 countries, currently being deployed in 2 new countries) -EN9100 (currently being deployed in Italy) -TISAX (already deployed in Italy)Assisting with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Supporting Business Managers in answering customers' quality (or related subjects such as social or environmental) requirements, including filling in homologation questionnaires.
• Monitoring compliance in the execution of our activities (technical projects) and contributing to corrective and preventive actions.
• Promoting quality culture across the company through training, communication, and best practices.

Your Profile:

• Background in Quality Management, with knowledge of ISO 9001 principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Mandatory good English level (written and spoken).
• Experience with audits (internal or external) is appreciated.
• Familiarity with EN9100 standard is a plus (not mandatory).
