Position Summary

We’re looking for a Junior Purchasing Analyst in Arco (TN) location.

Managing of monthly closing activities for Purchasing department, developing budgets and forecasts, creating commodity indexing models for the main commodities, conducting BOMs analysis for major customers to support strategic procurement decisions.

Main opportunities and challenges:

Develop expertise in Procurement analytics and commodity market analysis; build strong relationships with the key stakeholders across departments; contribute to cost optimization initiatives and strategic Procurement decisions; enhance analytical and modeling skills with business applications.

Main challenges are in particular working with complex data sets and ensuring accuracy across various systems, staying current with volatile commodity markets and balancing detailed analytical work with broader strategic thinking.

Job Position Requirements

Education: University master degree - Economics, Industrial/Management Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative field.

Professional background

  • Years of experience: 2 years in Finance or similar roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Financial analysis and budget planning capabilities
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Considered as a plus:

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Power Bi or others)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good level of English
