P3 Logistic Parks is seeking a Junior Property Accountant to join our Finance Team in Italy. You will manage day-to-day supplier invoices, perform reconciliations and support tenant billing for our Italian portfolio, ensuring accurate data for monthly, quarterly and annual close.

This role suits a detail-oriented professional with a Master’s degree in economics, 2 years of property accounting experience, knowledge of Italian GAAP and Yardi.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Junior Property Accountant to join our Finance Team in Italy.

We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Accountant to support the day‑to‑day accounting activities of our Italian property portfolio. In this role, you will ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices, perform key reconciliations, assist with tenant billing and property‑related recoveries, and collaborate closely with property managers to validate financial data. You will contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, budgeting and forecasting, VAT compliance, and audit preparation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, maintains high standards of accuracy, and is motivated to continuously improve accounting processes.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Support the day-to-day accounting activities relating to the Italian property portfolio.
• Record and review supplier invoices, ensuring correct accounting allocation, approval and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, supplier accounts and intercompany balances.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of tenant billing, service charges and other property-related recoveries.
• Liaise with property managers to verify rental income, operating expenses and property-level accounting information.
• Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Support the preparation of property-level budgets, forecasts and budget-versus-actual analyses.
• Assist with VAT compliance and other recurring tax and statutory accounting requirements, in coordination with external advisers.
• Provide documentation and support for statutory and Group audits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies, approval procedures and reporting standards.
• Support the continuous improvement and standardisation of accounting processes.
• Collaborate with local and international colleagues on finance-related projects and ad hoc analyses.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Master’s degree in economics.
• Min.2 years of experience, preferably in property accounting,including excellent knowledge of Italian GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Yardi).
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
