Role Overview

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing performance marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating mandate reports and Clockify reports to ensure smooth operations and performance tracking. If you have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing multiple internal and client projects from initiation to completion.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain efficiency.

Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively.

Generate and manage mandate reports and Clockify reports.

Create and manage CDF (Campaign Data Files) and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements).

Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements.

Develop clear and functional pathways to project success.

Attend client meetings, take minutes, and action all into workflows with senior and junior workforce.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Clockify, project management software).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A proactive and adaptable mindset.
