A digital production company is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support CGI and AI-driven projects in Milan. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills. English proficiency is required, and the position is on-site with no remote work available. Portfolio submission is mandatory.

• Background or strong interest in CGI / AI / post‑production / digital content.
• English proficiency required (Italian not necessary).

Our Digital Department is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team working on CGI and AI-driven productions within the fashion and luxury industry.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills across CGI, AI, and post‑production workflows
• Ability to support the team in planning, scheduling, and coordination of creative projects
• Strong communication and follow‑up attitude with 3D artists, AI designers, and art directors
• Familiarity with production tools such as Milanote, Frame.io
• Curiosity and willingness to learn the full CGI and AI production pipeline
• Passion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or production assistant position
• Background or strong interest in CGI / AI / post‑production / digital content
• English proficiency (Italian not required)
• Willingness to relocate to Milan for a full‑time, on‑site position
