The Junior Production Planner position involves developing and maintaining weekly production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure the availability of materials and resources, and monitoring production progress to address any issues or delays. The Junior Production Planner will analyze production data, collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align production plans with demand forecasts, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.
