Bracco Medical Technologies in Milano, Lombardy, is seeking a junior Process Improvement and Project Management Specialist to support GM&RA. You will help collect, organize and analyze project information, prepare dashboards, and track timelines under senior guidance.

The role targets graduates with a university degree and no required prior professional experience, offering a path to develop PM, data analysis and regulatory processes knowledge in a multinational setting.

Competenze

No professional experience is required; internships or academic exposure to project management are preferable.
Basic understanding of project management principles, timelines and tracking.
Strong willingness to learn in a cross-functional, international environment.
Good written and spoken English; ability to collaborate across functions.

Mansioni

Supports coordination of cross-functional projects by organizing objectives, timelines, milestones, and action items.
Assists in preparing project documentation, meeting materials, and status reports for GM&RA initiatives.
Monitors timelines and deliverables, flags delays, and escalates issues to senior team members.
Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and the introduction of digital tools.
