Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Junior Pricing Specialist to join the European Pricing team. The successful candidate will support market data analysis, product pricing definition, and pricing performance monitoring—contributing to profitability and competitive positioning across European markets.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to defining pricing strategies for new model launches and current product line‑up, ensuring competitive and profitable positioning.
  • Support market and competitor analysis to identify pricing opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor and report key pricing KPIs, managing tools and databases to provide accurate insights and presentations for management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to define effective pricing policies and guidelines.
  • Support National Sales Companies in pricing activities and commercial incentive management, ensuring consistency with business targets.
  • Work with European Importers to align pricing strategies across markets through data‑driven analysis and benchmarking.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take initiative.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, precise, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Focused on simplification and process improvement.
  • Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools; proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Previous experience with analysis and reporting activities.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
