Antonioli Group is seeking a Junior Pricing Analyst to join our Finance dept and lead the pricing optimizing product pricing across all categories in retailer channel physical and digital.
The role will involve analysing performances, Geo-pricing brands trend and indications, competitor pricing, seasonal demand, and customer behaviour to support the deliver pricing actions that balance profitability, marginality and competitiveness with focus on Antonioli, Ann Demeulemeester and 44Label Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse product performance, sales trends, markdowns, and margins across multiple fashion categories.
- Lead communication with supplier brands, collect informations/MUP and upload to system
- Manage in-season pricing adjustments, markdown optimization, and end-of-season clearance strategies to maximize sell-through
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to ensure pricing remains competitive in the fashion retail landscape.
- Collaborate with e-commerce and retail operations teams to ensure pricing accuracy across channels (online, in-store, outlet).
- Partner with Digital, Merchandising, Buying, and Planning teams to support seasonal pricing, promotions, and discounting strategies.
- Maintain and improve pricing models, tools, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights to support decision-making for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and regional pricing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Merchandising, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in pricing, merchandising analytics, or financial planning, preferably within fashion or retail.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs (margin, sell-through, markdown rates, stock turn) and pricing methodologies.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of fashion retail dynamics and seasonal cycles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- High-level precision capability and attention on detail
- Strong business acumen and understanding of retail/fashion trends

We offer a temporary or permanent contract.
Salary will be commensurate to experience.
Working hours: full-time from Monday to Friday.
