An international contractor is looking for a Piping Engineer to join their Technical Office team at headquarters in Casalgrande. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and successful project execution. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and skills in piping systems and CAD software. This position promotes gender diversity and is open to all candidates.

We are looking for a Piping Engineer who will join our Technical Office team at the Headquarters.

The Resource will be responsible for managing the discipline activity and project team, ensuring that corporate and project procedures are correctly implemented, and that project deliverables are issued according to the schedule and within approved budget.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Review and comment on contract and technical documents, identifying discrepancies or missing information.
• Prepare and manage technical specifications and applicable standards.
• Monitor discipline man-hours and report deviations or additional needs.
• Participate in project and client meetings when required.
• Oversee and approve discipline deliverables (drawings, reports, datasheets, etc.).
• Review and validate subcontractor and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project management, and clients to ensure smooth information flow.
• Support procurement, construction, commissioning, and bidding phases.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and design criteria.
• Contribute to 3D model development and provide technical support when needed.
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of piping systems, layouts, and 3D modeling tools.
• Ability to read P&IDs and simple technical drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and basic use of Excel or similar tools.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Availability for occasional travel.
