Herzum, now part of the catworkx group, is seeking a Junior/Middle Bid Manager to join the Licenses Team. You will support Atlassian licensing offers and public tenders across Europe while collaborating with customers and partners.

This role is fully remote. Strong English and German (C1) are required, plus proven bid management experience. You will engage with clients and vendors to ensure compliant, competitive proposals and timely tender responses.

To strengthen our international team, we are seeking a Junior/Middle Bid Manager . In this role, you will become part of our Licenses Team, supporting Atlassian-related offers and public tenders across Europe, while working closely with our Customers and Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare Atlassian licensing offers
• Maintain relationships with Atlassian Clients
• Participate in public tenders across Europe
• Coordinate with Atlassian Partners and Vendors
• Maintain registrations on various public procurement portals
• Monitor tenders for licenses and services

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in public tenders
• Excellent proficiency in English
• German language proficiency (C1 level)
