JOB Offer / Apprenticeship

IRBM is currently looking for a new graduated Junior resource to be integrated in the Engineering & Maintenance Department, with professional growth prospects. Under the direct coordination of the company supervisor, the selected candidate will be involved in technical and operational activities supporting routine and extraordinary maintenance of laboratory and production equipment in a highly regulated and multidisciplinary environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting the technical management of mechanical and HVAC systems
• Analyzing malfunctions and assisting in planning maintenance activities
• Collaborating in the preparation of technical documentation and reporting
• Monitoring activities performed by external suppliers
• Participating in continuous improvement projects related to maintenance and safety

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum score : 105 / 110)
• Interest in the pharmaceutical sector
• Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of English

This junior position provides hands-on experience in a professional, regulated setting, and offers the opportunity to develop technical competencies while contributing to the maintenance and improvement of laboratory and production systems.
