HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. is seeking a motivated Junior Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Strategic Marketing team in Milan.

You will develop market insights, build forecasting models, and translate data into strategic recommendations to support commercial decisions. Exposure to energy markets and AI-enabled analytics will help you contribute to forward-looking market views while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong business English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Market Forecasting & Analysis: develop and maintain market forecasting models; analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; assist in scenario modeling.

You will work at the intersection of market analysis, data modeling, and digital innovation in the backdrop of energy transition, contributing to forward-looking views of the market while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation. Exposure to the energy or power sector is a strong advantage.

• Education & Experience

  • Familiarity with data analysis or modeling techniques
