Overview

We are seeking tech-savvy and motivated graduates ready to start their career as Junior IT Project Manager E-commerce in our Tech team.

The team you'll be part of:

Our Tech team is a pillar of TLG: we take on new challenges and create possibilities within the global luxury fashion and design ecosystems.

As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for the platform that powers TLG, its efficiency, innovation, and speed of evolution.

Being a member of this team of very talented people, working across engineering, support and enterprise architecture, will allow you to lead and leave your mark while contributing to TLG’s business mission.

What you\'ll do

• Support the management and delivery of e-commerce projects, including website updates, integrations, and new functionalities.
• Assist in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve functionality, speed, and user experience, aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide day-to-day support for system and tool improvements, enhancing the experience for both customers and colleagues.
• Learn to resolve technical issues efficiently and proactively contribute to process optimization.

What we\'re looking for

• 0-2 years of experience in digital project management, e-commerce, or simlar roles.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce will be considered a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive mindset, collaborative approach, and adaptability to change.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
