The role involves maintaining IT contract catalogs, supporting IT Service Owners on documentation, and managing purchases. Candidates should have knowledge of IT Outsourcing and Governance processes, strong English skills, and the ability to work in teams. • Maintenance and updating of the IT contract catalog.

• Operational management of purchases through the company tool.
• Collection of necessary signatures for formalization of contracts.
• Maintenance of operational manuals for centralized control of IT invoices.
• Verification and preliminary approval of invoice payments.
• Planning and management of IT contract renewals.
• Collection and analysis of reports related to Intercompany contracts.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of IT Outsourcing processes

Knowledge of IT Governance processes

Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT standards
